Red Chile, Green Chile Dinner

Red Chile Beef— Tender flatiron steak, seared and simmered in red chile sauce.
Green Chile Chicken— Pan-seared chicken breast, finished in the oven with salsa verde and jack cheese.
Poblano Sour Cream Enchiladas— Roasted poblano peppers in a silky sour cream sauce. Finished in the oven to a golden brown.
Spanish Rice— Rice cooked in chicken and tomato broth with garlic, onion and spices.
Refried Beans— Homemade vegetarian refried beans.
Taco Salad— Chopped romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, cheddar jack cheese, green onion, guacamole, and tortilla frizzles. Served with cilantro ranch.

Meals come with: limes, hot salsa, mild salsa, avocado salsa, flour tortillas and corn tortillas.
